You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Megablock will not be held responsible for any losses or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Where multiple people in the same household wish to use Megablock, each person must register their own separate account using their own personal details and payment methods. Accounts sharing the same payment method or device may be flagged for review.

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
All bets placed on Megablock are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that the bet details — selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming. Megablock does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and confirmed, except in circumstances where a market is declared void.
Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the point your bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. Markets may be suspended or removed at any time prior to an event starting or during an in-play event. Megablock reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any market at its discretion.
Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — are subject to the official results declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser. In-play cricket markets are settled on the official ball-by-ball data feed. Any discrepancy between the live display and the official data will be resolved in favour of the official data source.
If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum qualifying time as specified in the relevant sport's rules, all bets on that event will be declared void and stakes returned. For cricket matches affected by weather or other interruptions, settlement will follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result where applicable, or the official match result as declared by the governing body.
For accumulator bets, if one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated based on the remaining valid legs. The minimum number of selections required for an accumulator to remain active is stated at the time of placement. If voided legs reduce the bet below the minimum, the stake is returned.
Maximum single-bet and daily payout limits apply and are displayed in the betting interface. Megablock reserves the right to limit payouts on any individual bet or account where it determines that the bet represents an unusual or outlying risk to the platform's exposure.
The availability of casino games — including live dealer tables and slot titles — may vary over time. Megablock reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any game at any time without prior notice. Game removal does not entitle players to any compensation.
Live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack and Andar Bahar — are governed by the rules presented within the game interface at the time of play. In the event of a technical interruption during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the recorded game data up to the point of interruption. If a full settlement cannot be determined from the available data, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
Slot games operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Each spin is independent of previous results. Return to player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are displayed in the game information panel where available. Past results have no influence on future outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game, Megablock will investigate the incident using server-side records. If a malfunction is confirmed, affected game rounds will be voided and stakes returned. Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. VIP status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Failure to meet the minimum activity threshold for your current tier during the review period may result in a tier adjustment. VIP cashback is paid on net losses within the relevant qualifying period. Cashback is credited as a bonus and is subject to a wagering requirement as stated in the VIP programme terms. Cashback cannot be claimed retrospectively for periods prior to the player's enrolment in the VIP programme.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled per their normal terms, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
An account is considered dormant if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Megablock may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts as stated in the fee schedule published on the platform. Notice will be sent to your registered email address before any fees are applied. The inactivity fee will not reduce your account balance below zero.
